The Research Institute of Henan Hongda group takes multifunctional trap equipment academician workstation of Henan, Henan province issued technical center, solar insect killing device engineering technology research center of Xinxiang city and product technology research group as platform, to engage in technology research and development and innovation.
At the moment, there are 235 technical staffs, with 53 senior or middle technicians. By the end of 2013,the institute has got a total of 56 national patents. In 2008, the solar LED street lamps of the company were named “the national ten major energy-saving projects” by the national Development and Reform Commission, which was the only one of solar product. In 2009, the solar disinsector device was named “SME technology innovation fund to support the project from 2009 to 2011”. In 2011, the company was named “The demonstration unit of prevent and cure subterranean pest-insect with solar disinsector device”. In 2013, the company implemented the "solar energy and building integration" project of the national Ministry of construction, and was the first to upload the power generation data to the housing ministry’s detection system.
In order to accelerate the establishment of production, study, research combining technical innovation system, and to enhance capability of independent innovation of the group, improve the organizational structure and operational mechanism of technology innovation, the company cooperates with Institute of plant protection of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, academician of the Chinese academy of engineering institution and a number of higher learning. At the same time, the company absorpt high-tech talent, import academician of technological achievements, launched the transformation and industrialization in the company, cultivate independent intellectual property rights and independent brands, and develop a broader market.
