河南宏达集团积极参与村企共建扶贫工程，荒庄村是公司定点帮扶对象，该村位于黄河滩区，是县级贫困村，贫困面貌十分严峻，村路破旧不堪，坑洼难行，村里唯一一座小学也是年久失修，近年来公司累计投资数十万余元为该村修缮小学，新建幼儿园，幼师工资在公司领取，儿童免费上学，不仅为该村村民节省幼儿学费投入，而且还可以让村民就近就业。
